We understand that the building management is currently presenting you three options in order to assist you. We do not believe that the building management is doing enough for you. We believe they ought to provide immediate reasonable accommodation to you, similar to what you had before the fire occurred.
It is your decision whether to accept help from the building management as long as you do not sign any releases or are bound by any releases. You are to keep copies of all documents that are provided to you along with all documents supporting your losses and what the building management pays to you. Before you sign any documentation from the landlord you should obtain legal advice.
