Supreme Pools v Franco Turco and Lisa-Marie Turco, SC11-74861 (unreported)

The Turcos had contracted for a pool to be installed by Supreme Pools in their backyard. Supreme Pools sued, alleging that the Turcos had not paid their bill; the Turcos counter-sued for negligence in the improper installation of the pool. The Turcos, represented by Adel Mian, successfully recovered the costs of reinstalling their pool at trial.
