Stephane Hebert and the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, Review Tribunal Appeal # 105613, May 2010

Vadim Kats represented Mr. Hebert, a veteran with PTSD and an addiction to alcohol, in an appeal to the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal.  The Tribunal found Mr. Hebert’s disability to be severe and prolonged, and granted Mr. Hebert disability benefits.
