Slabodkin v Sandals Resorts International (2000) Limited et al., 2008 CanLII 68882

This proposed class action concerned vacationers who were disturbed by the filming of a commercial at the resort at which they were staying.  The court approved a settlement negotiated by Keith Landy such that the class members all received a free 5 night stay at a Sandals resort of their choice, plus airfare to said resort.
