Ontario (College of Pharmacists) v Shore, 2010 ONSPDC 3

Shore, a pharmacist and pharmacy owner, faced multiple allegations of importing and selling wholesale 26 drugs without a license, importing drugs not approved for sale in Canada, and misidentifying drugs. Represented by Keith Landy, Shore pled guilty and was reprimanded, undertook to take several courses, could own but not manage his pharmacy, paid costs, and was placed under monitoring and 12 months of suspension.
