Lewis involved 120 purchasers of condominium units in Thornhill. The purchasers alleged that the Defendants knew that the projected first year maintenance fees were inaccurate, but nevertheless used those projected fees to induce people to purchase the condos. Samuel Marr successfully argued this motion for approval of the class action settlement and class counsel fees.
