Ilya’s law practice is focused on civil litigation. Ilya represents individuals and corporations in civil cases and commercial disputes, including with respect to employment, disability, and personal injury.

Joshua D. Hemmings was called to the bar in 2015 and joined Landy Marr Kats LLP after articling in the Toronto Financial District. Joshua currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, corporate/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, debtor & creditor litigation, business disputes, academic & professional misconduct, and appeals.

Matthew provides advisory and litigation services in a broad range of areas, including civil litigation, corporate/commercial litigation, real estate litigation, debtor & creditor litigation, employment and labour litigation.

Adam Zweig’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including real-estate disputes, business and contractual disputes, and construction lien disputes.

Nicole joined the law firm as a summer law student while enrolled in law school. Nicole completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph where she majored in International Development. She is entering her third year of law school at the University of Ottawa.

Samuel S. Marr has retired from Landy Marr Kats LLP. Mr. Marr is well respected in his professional practice and handled a diverse range of litigation cases with extensive experience in insurance and disability claims, personal injuries actions, class actions, real estate litigation, wrongful dismissal actions, mortgage enforcement, condominium litigation, construction lien and Commercial Tenancy disputes.

Keith M. Landy was the senior and founding partner of the Toronto law firm Landy Marr Kats LLP. He was certified as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada and in 2007 was admitted as a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories.
