Bell Mobility Inc. v. Anderson, 2015 SCC

We successfully defeated Bell Mobility’s application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. We achieved victory for the representative plaintiffs and the class at the liability trial and in the Court of Appeal, which upheld the trial judge’s decision. The Supreme Court of Canada has refused to hear Bell Mobility’s appeal.
